Please tell me about the name of virus you found and your anti virus software
My anti-virus is Avira Suite, it will not accused virus but do not know the name of the virus but has changed the whole language of my pc to characters strangers.

I see your desktop image.
Please go to Display properties, then in Appearance Tab click on Advanced button.
and in Item DropDown menu select icon and check the selected font is Tahoma. if you see the other font was selected please change to Tahoma or other system fonts.
